REDO/REFUND POLICY

Due to the artistic nature of the craft, I do not offer refunds on hair services performed. However, a thorough consultation is performed at the beginning of each service to ensure complete satisfaction. 

In addition, hair extensions are non refundable - no exceptions. All hair must be paid for in full upon ordering. A consultation is required for color matching, etc. to ensure the proper hair color and length is ordered. Once the transaction is complete you are acknowledging that no refunds will be given under any circumstance. You may however exchange the hair with a 25% restocking fee.

I stand behind my work, and although it is rare, If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service please contact me within two weeks of when the service was performed and I will gladly get you back in for a redo.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.
